“Thank God for Æ Wednesday (And Minus the Bear (And Glee))”
written by A. Ashari

best friends forever is all we’ll be
apparently
real world compatibility
wast enough for her
me be so breaking
more heavily
than i thought this
little innocuity
would ever bring me down

i am so foolish to ever think
that this was ever the right
course of action to take
all i did was
ruin a perfectly good thing
that we had going on
oh god please can i restart this level
or load a previous save

save this friendship
i beg of you god
need the right words to say
either that or some quiet time

that we dont have so this
charisma/perform roll will have to do
hope this song does it for her

im sure we’ll meet signi-significant others
well at least she will
im not so sure on my part
maybe thats just depression
rearing its ugly head again
when will i ever learn
oh no i’ve dropped into a tangent
what i gotta do is

you know how people quote unquote “break up”
and say let’s be friends but never talk
to each ever again, i hope it doesnt happen to us

cause we’re a great team, we’re good cover for each other
and when we’re together, synergysticly we’re better
albeit not ideal, but then again what ever is?

my ultimate wish is for time to go backwards
and at will with a doodad i can make it move forwards
but thats impossible as hawking, allen or wheeler said
“Time is nature’s way of keeping

everything from happening at once”.
and you cant fight physics and/or god
so i’ll work with i i got but i need help
from you

this better be for the best
we better be thinking straight

didnt need a lesson in rejection
but a refresher course doesnt hurt

im so sorry
for all the grief i caused that night
i guess all you say we can be is
best friends forever

Can’t believe, we’re graduating
wasn’t OSPEK, like yesterday?
Where has the time, flown to
Have we grown up?, i hope so

Relationships, they break and mend
Some stay the same, but most has altered
Where are we going? to end up
No one knows, we’re mos def leaving

wet, damp Jikyoku-to
which’ll turn blazing hot in 5 minutes
you kinda take for granted
what this place has become for us
these past four long long years
it certainly doesnt feel long now anyway, these days
until we leave this place behind
until we pack and move on

Will we miss, the kitchy mall
Will we miss, the A buildings
twas our home, our place of study
where we become, internship ready

Whether that’s true, we’ll there’s doubt
The future’s near, we sometime frought
unstoppable, the winds of change
and for one, we’re mos def leaving

wet, damp Jikyoku-to
which’ll turn blazing hot in 5 minutes
you kinda take for granted
what this place has become for us
these past four long long years
it certainly doesnt feel long now anyway, these days
until we leave this place behind
until we pack  and move on

you know when i first got here i hated it
it was unstrategic, far from any action and far from home
but as time went past i kinda slowly warmed up to the place
as i learned where to get supplies, where to eat and where my friends are…
and if you got really bored well there’s Bandung-to yknow? its just a bus ride away
sometimes we cling to much to our comfort zones as we get into them
at least well i have, it took an accidental drug trip
for me to realize i was clinging to a comfort zone iit might seem stupid to say this
but i kinda sorta love being here now
but you know you cant stay here, you
sometimes you it just comes the time to say goodbye
